Absolutely no introduction needed on this one. The brothers that can do no wrong, it's Chaos In The CBD and they have joined the Craigie Knowes Family. The New Zealanders that call London their home hit the ball out the park, as always.

Back on Glasgow-based @craigie-knowes, the Dutch producer @jayoverdose steps up with the aptly-named ‘Mindstorms EP‘ to dish out a masterclass in spacewalking electronics and Detroit-imbued electro grooves.
Knowes Universal Broadcast (Seg. 2) is the second instalment of the celestial influenced VA series on Craigie Knowes. Following on from the success of Seg. 1, part 2 brings together music from Scottish newcomer LIFECOACH, label bosses The Craigie Cartel, Swedish freak Your Planet Is Next and half of The Highfield Casuals who featured on Seg. 1, DJCJ.
DJCJ is a Perth-born, Glasgow resident - much like the label owner and his collaborator The Burrell Connection (under their Highfield Casuals guise). His track 'SK' brings together out of focus drums and beautifully imperfectly placed synth work, all while building into a driving club track. Arguably the most dance-floor ready number of the series so far, early adopters have flagged this as a prevailing favourite.

In the distant galaxy far away there gathered a colony, a band of brothers who were at one with the stars and the far reaches of the universe. On planet play there was no concept of time or limitations. They were a free wheeling gang of vagabonds who had touched down on an entity which would become theirs alone. The sea roared a fierce shade of blue and green as the lightening from the stuttering clouds up above circled in chaos. Go find them, up in the sky.
William The Squid appears on a new EP as part of the 'Universal Broadcast' series on Craigie Knowes records. The label has assembled a special crew of producers to appear on the four track EP which also includes a final outing for the Deep Space Orchestra moniker.
'Your Royal Weirdness' appears on Mindstorms, Overdose's first outing for Glasgow label, Craigie Knowes. A deceptively simple (but effective) slice of straight-up electro that veers on the eerie side, it's like a light night drive through a cybernetic city with a potentially dodgy taxi driver.
The 'Mindstorms EP' is out August 7th on @craigie-knowes.
TEXTASY joins the Craigie Knowes clique for CKNOWEP6. The Dallas Gun Club EP is balls to the wall hardcore and electro from the off. No fannying about, just music to fucking party with.
Crappy quality. Support the artist. Support the label.

Deep Space Orchestra's 'Shogun' marks the end of the iconic duos near-decade-long legacy in the underground scene. They've put some run in, ticking off a few bucket list activities as they've progressed. We are honoured to release their final DSO track, and fittingly the B2 affair is the last ever track of the Knowes Universal Broadcast Series. Deep Space Orchestra will forever echo in the cosmos, dancing eternally with the background radiation.
Repost to enter our competition to win a copy on 12" copy - ooft!
This week we bring you Riccardo Schirò. Sicilian born, raised in the multicultural thoroughfare of the Med - this man's record collection boasts true and pure eclecticism. Schirò, unlike many who claim the crown, is hailed by taste-makers for his incredible (yet infrequent) productions, along with his seamless manoeuvring as a DJ across a wild range of genres. His label, Gravity Graffiti, is a non-gimmicks outlet geared towards the 'healing side of dance music'. Featuring music from our friend Yoshinori Hayashi and a swath of others, the GG releases are always driven, light and committed to education and passion.
Anyway, enough talk from us - tune in and enjoy some KNOWLEDGE!
