Steve Sunk makes weapons using the same techniques as ancient bladesmiths. He can copy and make any design people bring him. What's unique about his blades is he makes the steel himself; Damascus is his most popular. Like his knives, Steve has a tough exterior - but there is an underlying gracefulness in his creation of knives and the patterns they yield. Steve's passion for blade making provides stress relief from teaching as a Master Chef at Charles Darwin University. He lives just outside Darwin in the top end of Australia.

i made this movie in 2007 but never published it. steve jobs' death reminded me of it. in 2000 i was living in a trailer park when apple released the iMac DV, the first consumer machine that could edit video. i maxed out my credit card and got one. no film school, it was that computer that got me into films and provided me with the career i have today. sad to lose steve jobs.

Meet Sunny and Steve, the charming characters brought to life by MPC NY in a light-hearted short film written and directed under one roof by in-house talent Bill Dorais and Ty Coyle – just in time for Easter. Born out of MPC’s love for storytelling, what started as a passion project quickly turned into an ongoing creative platform to collaborate, experiment, and develop talent within the MPC NY character design team.
The short film tells a humorous tale of an office worker as he struggles with a protective, seemingly innocent bunny on a quest for sweets.

Has a director ever asked you if you can fix a few bad shots? Have you struggled to make a final sequence look better? Steve Hullfish brought the art of color correction from the dark arts to the light of day in 2002 with his book Color Correction for Digital Video: Using Desktop Tools to Perfect Your Image (now in its 2nd Edition), followed in 2008 by The Art and Technique of Digital Color Correction (2nd Edition just released). At this special Editors' Lounge, Steve Hullfish gave a boost to attendee's color correction skills by revealing his tips and tricks in an up close and personal presentation. This event was hosted at www.alphadogs.tv.

Steve. Fucking aplomb on caffeine.
An infectious personality. Larger than life, larger than skateboarding.
Steve doesn't kill time.
Steve doesn't keep time.
Steve does what Steve wants on "Steve Time."
Everyone - meet Steve. Once in your lifetime, if you can keep up?
Steve is a shot of heroin. Fuck, its probably better than heroin.
After a day with Steve I rest my tired head on my shitty hotel room pillow, it has yellow stains.
His first words still ringing in my head..."Yo Pat, Fuck! Whats up?"
Holy Shit, time to hang on and enjoy the ride.....
